When you opt-in to receive SMS messages, we collect:

• Your phone number

• Consent to send SMS messages

How We Use Your Data

We use your information to:

• Operate our business

• Send you the SMS messages you've opted in to receive

Data Sharing

• Customer data is not shared with 3rd parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

• Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.

Messaging Program Terms and Conditions

1. The messaging program consists of general customer care messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers. Messages will be sent from (888) 939-4747.

2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text 'STOP' to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message 'STOP' to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@appliedsilver.com.

4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us directly

• Contact and identity information: name, company or organization, job title, email address, mailing address, phone number.

• Communications: the content of messages you send through our contact or demo request forms, by email, by phone, or by text.

• Business and account information: facility type, service location, purchase and order history, billing and shipping details, and other information you provide in connection with a quote, trial, installation, or ongoing service.

• Marketing preferences: the newsletters, updates, and messages you have asked to receive, and the channels you prefer.

• Employment information: if you apply for a role with us, the information contained in your resume, application, and related correspondence.

We do not ask you to provide sensitive personal information (such as government identification numbers, health information, or financial account numbers) through the Site. Payment for orders, where applicable, is processed by a third-party payment processor; we do not store full payment card numbers.

6. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:

However, our use of advertising and measurement technologies described in Section 2 may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under the California Consumer Privacy Act, and may be considered targeted advertising under similar laws in other states. This does not change the commitments in Section 1: we do not provide customer data to third parties for those third parties' own promotional or marketing purposes, and mobile opt-in and consent data are never shared with anyone for any purpose.

Global Privacy Control: We honor opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control (GPC), where required by law.

7. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including to maintain your account or relationship with us, comply with our legal, tax, and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.

8. Data Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
